Known issues
· Under certain conditions, SynQR’s test films may not trigger the measurements. If you face this issue, please check whether you have selected Portrait or Cinematic mode in the iOS Camera. If so, switch to the standard Video mode in the Camera app and restart SynQR.
· On some older iPhones in low-light situations such as cinemas or mixing stages, the original test files might not trigger a measurement. This is due to the device’s camera noise and resolution. Please use the revised test files that have “V2” in their file names. You can find them on the download page.
